WORMGEAR-DRIVEN SCREWJACK: SWL-series
worm-gear-driven screw jack is a sort of essential components for lift and 
driven by worm gear transmission to complete
the functions such as lifting, descending and pushing as well as
turning-over, etc. The range of load carrying capacity is from 10 tons to
100 tons. It features compact dimension, lighter weight, wide power
supply, noiseless and longer service life and can
flexibly be used with multi-combined types. A screw jack may be utilized
individually; multiple screw jacks may also be synchronously used, which
can be driven by electric motor or by hand. The maximum input speed is
1500 rpm, the maximum lifting velocity reaches 2.7 meters per minute.
The lifting height and connection manner can be manufactured upon
customer’s request.
The
screw jacks can widely used for various industries such as machinery,
metallurgy, construction, chemistry, water irrigation, culture and medical
treatment as well as public hygiene, etc. For example, the lifting work
table of punch-clamping device, turning-over device, plastic machinery of
machining equipment; the ladder and tool lifting truss-frame for
installment and maintenance as well as lifting platform for maintenance
for locomotives; roller adjustment of roll mill; feeling position
adjustment for sheet or tube material; demoulding for casting pattern or
